The Heal Our Men Initiative is Create The Space’s flagship initiative for advancing the emotional wellbeing, leadership, and healing of Black men and the communities that walk with them.

This initiative brings a bold question to the center of our work: What does emotional freedom look like for Black men? Through fellowships, coaching, workshops, and peer circles, we are nurturing the conditions for Black men to heal, grow, and lead from a place of AUTHENTICY. We invite THEM to return to themselves—and to each other—with truth, imagination, and power.

What the Healing Work Looks Like

At Create The Space, we don’t just believe in doing the work—we believe in embodying the work. So what does that look like?

It looks like a curated ecosystem of programs, practitioners, and creative interventions—all designed with our community in mind. We recognize that everyone learns, heals, and connects differently (we see you, Neuro-SPICE 👀) —so we innovate across modalities to create meaningful, trauma-informed experiences.
