Security Deposit for: Hourly rental of the community studio space, for events or programming. Rentals are structured with a two hour minimum and may include a $35 cleaning fee (if applicable). Security deposit will be returned minus any damages or additional cleaning fess (including the standard fee) within 7 business days.
